Time for Dirty Scraps Challenge #19!
You thought I didn't know....but I do.
We all have those little secrets we run across.
You know those conversations you overhear or the truth comes out and you see someone for who they really are. It's crushing sometimes and other times it is enlightening for sure.
When someone lies to you and you question why in the world they even lied?
When you walk in and find something you were never meant to see....it's all life...it happens.
Life is messy and dirty....go scrap it all!
Here's mine:

My journaling reads: Why? Why did you feel that you couldn’t tell me. You know I would have been there for you. You know that I never ever would have judged you. I would have been by your side supporting you. That’s what best friends do. Yes, I would have been disappointed in your decision but I would have understood. I am way more disappointed that you didn’t trust me enough to tell me yourself.
Seriously?! How could you keep something so important from me?!
Here’s a secret for you. For about 17 years, I’ve known and I’ve been waiting for you to trust me, for you to believe in me, for you to tell me yourself.

Paper Wishes is sponsoring an awesome prize pack for this challenge! Head on over to Dirty Scraps and check it out!

Featuring LP Alternate kit

Well, I survived another week in the Big Scrapper House at Lifepreservers!! The “producers” are starting to add more and more fun twists! This week we were to chose door #1,2, or 3, Meaning we were choosing our own destination, without knowing what was behind the door. I really lucked out! I chose a door that did not give me immunity, but I was safe from eviction! My challenge for the week was to use a recycled product on my lo! Perfect for the recycling master!! I created this tree from cardboard, and the leaves from the Mountain Dew bottle were so fun to make, I just had to create some more!!
The cardstock, pattern papers, and stickers were from the August Alternate Kit at http://www.lifepreserversclub.com/

Coming soon… My layout from the TS contest. The dead line is tonight. Will I move on to the final round?

My guest designer goodies!

I’ve have had the most fun creating from my Lifepreservers Scrapbook Club kit! Not only are the papers fabulous, Von has added some super fun embellishments! Von also has some awesome kits lined up for the up coming months!! *hint hint*

Here is what I have created so far for my Guest Design spot!

I really wanted to experiment with other options for the punchinella so on this lo I cut it into circles. I created the spaceship using the Paperdolls cartridge and the Cricut. The “dome” of the spaceship is clear packaging material that I embossed with the cuttlebug, then cut to fit the ship.

On this layout I adhered the Punchinella to the chipboard stars, then trimmed.
The other stars were created from plastic packaging material (actually, I emptied the package from the chipboard stars and cut a flat piece of plastic from that!) I cut the plastic into star shapes, then embossed the stars with my cuttlebug. I finished them off by dry brushing paint on the back. The stamped circles were created by stamping VersaMark onto the cardstock with the bottom of paint and stickles bottles!

I also created a fun birthday card!

These papers are to cute!! I am off to see what else I can do with them!
